Digital products

Products are digital license credentials, not physical goods. Buyers are responsible for selecting a product, edition, platform, and activation type compatible with their intended use.

Account and order access

Keep account credentials, order links, and delivered license credentials confidential. Do not share or resell credentials unless the applicable license terms expressly permit it.

Support and remedies

For an activation issue, provide the order number, product and variant, and relevant activation evidence. Eligibility for a replacement or refund review is described in the Refund & Replacement Policy.
