Store operator
The storefront is operated under the getpckey name. In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “the seller” mean the operator of the getpckey website. Questions about an order or these terms should be sent through the Support page.
Digital products
Products are digital license credentials, not physical goods. Delivery occurs through the protected order page and may also be sent to the checkout email after payment confirmation. No parcel, disc, or printed certificate is included unless a product page expressly says otherwise.
Product selection and use
Buyers are responsible for selecting a compatible product family, year, edition, platform, device count, and activation type. Follow the product page and activation guide. A credential successfully redeemed, bound, signed in, or activated is considered used and may be restricted to the original account or device.
Account and order access
Keep account credentials, order links, delivered license credentials, and support evidence confidential. Do not publish, share, or resell credentials unless the applicable license terms expressly permit it. You are responsible for activity performed through your account or protected order link.
Prices and availability
Prices, inventory, supported payment methods, and product variants may change before an order is placed. Screenshots in guides demonstrate the process only; the live product and checkout pages control the current price, availability, and order details.
Support and remedies
For an activation issue, provide the order number, product and variant, system information, and relevant activation evidence. Eligibility for replacement, substitution, price-difference adjustment, or refund review is described in the Refund & Replacement Policy.
Trademarks and affiliation
Microsoft, Windows, Office, Project, Visio, SQL Server, Visual Studio, and related marks belong to their respective owners. Product names are used to identify compatibility. Unless a page expressly states and substantiates otherwise, their use does not imply sponsorship or endorsement of getpckey by the trademark owner.

We may update these terms when the store, payment methods, products, or support process changes. The date shown on this page identifies the current version. Use the Support page for questions before purchasing if any product or term is unclear.
