Who handles the information
The getpckey website operator handles the store account, order, delivery, and support information described here. Privacy and account requests can be submitted through the Support page using the email associated with the account or order.
Information we use
We use the contact and account information you provide, order and product details, payment status, delivery events, support messages, activation evidence, and basic security or technical logs needed to operate and protect the store.
Why we use it
We use this information to complete purchases, deliver credentials, maintain account and order access, send transactional messages, provide support, prevent abuse or fraud, keep records of remedies, and protect the website and customers.
Payments and service providers
Card and crypto payment providers process payment details under their own terms. getpckey receives the payment status and transaction information needed to match and support the order, but does not need to store a complete card number or a wallet seed phrase. Infrastructure, email, analytics, and fraud-prevention providers may process limited data for their service.
Cookies and security
The store uses cookies and similar storage needed for region selection, cart and account sessions, security, and basic performance measurement. We restrict access to order and license data to the systems and people needed for store operations, fraud review, and support.
Retention
Account, order, delivery, and support records are kept for as long as reasonably needed to provide access to purchases, handle disputes or replacement requests, prevent abuse, and meet payment or record-keeping obligations. Records are deleted or de-identified when they are no longer needed, subject to technical and legal limits.
Your choices
You can contact support to request access to, correction of, or deletion of eligible account information. We may need to verify the email, account, or order before acting. Some order or security records may be retained when required to complete a transaction, prevent fraud, or resolve a dispute.
Your responsibility
Keep account credentials and protected order links private because they can provide access to digital delivery details. Never send a full license key, password, card details, private key, or wallet seed phrase in a public message or unsolicited support conversation.
