Eligible issues

Replacement review applies when the key is used on the correct product and edition but activation still fails.

Please provide your order number, product name, selected variant, activation error screenshot, and device/system version.

Keys are edition-specific. A key for one product, platform, or edition may not activate another product. Contact support before purchase if unsure.
