License authenticity
We sell genuine Microsoft software license keys and clearly state the supported edition, platform, device count, and activation type on each product page.
Digital delivery
Products are digital credentials, not physical goods. License details become available on the protected order page after payment is confirmed; crypto orders may require network confirmation first. Keep the order link and checkout email private.
Order-based support
If activation fails for the correct product and edition, contact support from the order page or Support page. Include the order number, selected variant, system version, and the exact activation error so the order can be verified without exposing the full key publicly.
Replacement review
When support verifies that an unused credential cannot activate the correct product, we normally provide a working replacement first. If the same specification is unavailable, support may agree with you on another product and settle any price difference, or review a refund.
Safe support
Official support will never ask for a card number, wallet seed phrase, private key, or an account password. Do not post a complete license key or protected order link in a public channel.
